About Us

Bags Bootcamp is a comprehensive Bootcamp dedicated to helping and supporting people achieve their fitness goals. We work with all fitness levels, from beginners to professional athletes.

Whether you’re looking to shed weight, tone up, build muscle, or improve your cardiovascular regime, we’ve got you. We craft bespoke training plans that correlate with your lifestyle and fitness goals.

Based in Southend-On-Sea and East London, our Bootcamps focus on embracing and utilising a variation of terrains. From the streets of brick lane, to the Pier in Southend-On-Sea.

Bags Bootcamp began when my good friend Andy asked me to train him for the London marathon a few years ago. At this point I’d run 4 marathons across Europe so I was more than happy to help.
Training started with just the two us down Mile End park, then a few others mates caught wind and wanted to get fit too.

After a short spell living in East London, Ive since moved back to Southend On Sea and set up a bootcamp for people of all walks of life and fitness levels. I’m a huge advocate of challenging exercise and showing people the mind and body benefits we can get from exercise and some fresh air. Mental health matters to me and so does giving people the tools and confidence to get fit.

My sessions are creative and im proud to say our bootcamp gang are fun, friendly and very supportive. The outdoor environment is refreshing and views are incredible.

Bomb Central! Our Boxercise sessions will get you in great fighting shape, and are available for all levels of fitness. Whether you’re looking to build on your fitness, or a seasoned pro looking to sharpen up for the big fight. Become fluid on the pads and sharpen those combinations.

House Rules

Arrive five minutes before the Bootcamp begins.
Wear Suitable workout gear, and relevant layers.
Bring Water! It’s thirsty work.
Don’t train on an empty stomach. You need fuel for the fire!
