Bags Bootcamp is a comprehensive Bootcamp dedicated to helping and supporting people achieve their fitness goals. We work with all fitness levels, from beginners to professional athletes.
Whether you’re looking to shed weight, tone up, build muscle, or improve your cardiovascular regime, we’ve got you. We craft bespoke training plans that correlate with your lifestyle and fitness goals.
Based in Southend-On-Sea and East London, our Bootcamps focus on embracing and utilising a variation of terrains. From the streets of brick lane, to the Pier in Southend-On-Sea.
Bags Bootcamp was born in East London 2015. My house mate asked for my help training him for the London Marathon. At this point I’d run several marathons and many half marathons across Europe. I was more than happy to assist.
Bags Bootcamp’s first session was in a park and every week a new person would join us. We made use of our surroundings and made the sessions fun and challenging. Everyone was having a good time and getting excellent results. We smashed it.
After a spell living in East London, I’ve since moved back home to Southend on Sea and brought Bags Bootcamp with me, this time, to the beach! 🙂
The bootcamps are for people of all walks of life and fitness levels. There is no upper age limit (do not count yourself out!)
The mind and body benefits we can get from quality training and some fresh air are incredible. A great session can turn a good morning into a great day.. a great day into a great week!
Fitness & Mental health matters to me and so does giving people the tools and confidence to get fit & meet new people. Coaching is my passion.
Our bootcamps are creative and I’m proud to say our bootcampers are fun, friendly and very supportive. The outdoor environment is refreshing and the views are incredible.

House Rules & Tips
Arrive five minutes before the Bootcamp begins.
Wear Suitable workout gear, and relevant layers.
Wear gloves on the beach! (Contruction / Garden ones ideally)
Bring Water! It’s thirsty work.
Don’t train on an empty stomach. You need fuel for the fire!
Be respectful and kind to everyone and respect our neighbours. We are 100% inclusive.
